Amazing agent! We live in New York and Theresa took care of just about everything on the preparation and sale of our property on the Russian River! The property was empty for years, so there was a lot to do, but she found someone to clear the land and inside the house, negotiated a great clean-up price, supervised the clearing, and even sent pictures of the finished results!
