Real estate brings together so many things I love: puzzles to solve, complicated situations to make sense of, and new places to discover. But there is still nothing quite like watching the right person meet the right place. Every strategy, every negotiation, and every conversation is part of helping that moment unfold.
Real estate has never felt like selling houses to me. It feels like building community, one property at a time. Every property is a doorway into a town, a group of neighbors, a rhythm of life somebody gets to step into. Helping someone find that fit, or helping someone hand off a home they loved to the next person who will love it just as much, is the part of this work I never get tired of.
OFF THE CLOCK
At home, my two dogs, two cats, a flock of chickens, and a small band of sheep get me moving before I ever open my laptop - I have a small hobby farm, and I take the stewardship part of that seriously. I believe land isn't just where you live, it's something you take care of, and that idea shapes how I think about every property I touch, mine included.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me outside every chance I get - working in the garden, exercising for the chance of a great view, or relaxing at the beach breathing in the salty ocean air. I care deeply, ask a lot of questions, and have been known to be just a little tenacious. Give me a beautiful setting, good people, good food, and a game I have at least a small chance of winning - and I’m in my happy place.

I'm a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Wine Country and a Guild Member with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. My focus lives in country properties, second homes; often the kind of distinctive properties that often come with wells, septic systems, acreage, and a story to be told. I work with sellers preparing complex properties for market, and with buyers who are ready to live a slower, maybe more intentional life.
I believe the new luxury is not a bigger house, but a better life. It is also rooted in exceptional service: thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and feeling genuinely cared for from beginning to end. That belief shapes how I price and market a property, and how I show up for the people trusting me with one of life’s biggest decisions.
